I help people reconnect with themselves through compassionate, cognitive and body-based psychotherapy that honors the wisdom of both mind and nervous system. In our work together, you set the pace. We will build safety, strengthen self-trust, and unwind patterns shaped by stress, anxiety, depression, or trauma.

I often hear people sharing they have done a lot of talk/cognitive (“top down”) therapy and are still struggling. This is why I am passionate about integrating evidence-based cognitive and somatic (body based, “bottom up”) techniques. Modalities I integrate include Somatic Experiencing®, EMDR, DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy), ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), IFS (Internal Family Systems), and Yoga Therapy to support healing that feels steady, respectful, and sustainable.

  • Somatic Experiencing®

    A body-based approach that helps resolve trauma and chronic stress by restoring nervous system balance. Promotes awareness of physical sensations and supports the release of stored trauma and stress.

  • EMDR

    EMDR is an evidence-based therapy that helps the brain reprocess distressing or traumatic experiences using bilateral stimulation. It reduces emotional intensity without requiring detailed retelling, supporting healing from trauma, anxiety, PTSD, and performance blocks.

  • Yoga Therapy

    Individualized, trauma-sensitive yoga therapy combining movement, breath, and relaxation to support mental and physical wellbeing. Ideal for stress, anxiety, chronic pain, and trauma recovery.
