I am passionate about integrating evidence-based cognitive and somatic techniques. Modalities I integrate include Somatic Experiencing®, EMDR, DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy), ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), IFS (Internal Family Systems), and Yoga Therapy to support healing that feels steady, respectful, and sustainable.
